Country legend Naomi Judd’s memorial will air on CMT this weekend.

The Judds singer, who was 76 when she died, will have her life highlighted during the tribute titled Naomi Judd: A River of Time Celebration.

It will take place at the Ryman Auditorium in Nashville starting at 6 p.m. Eastern Time on Sunday.

A number of special guests are expected to attend in some way in honor of the late Judd.

Good Morning America presenter Robin Roberts will host the memorial which will feature performances from Little Big Town, Brandi Carlile, Ashley McBryde, Emmylou Harris, Allison Russell and The Gaithers.

Bono, Oprah Winfrey, Morgan Freeman and Salma Hayek reportedly sent video messages for the special event.

Martina McBride, Naomi’s daughters Ashley and Wynonna, and Naomi’s husband Larry Strickland will also be attending the event.

Naomi died of a self-inflicted gunshot wound on Saturday, April 30, according to her daughter Ashley.

Ashley told Good Morning America that her mother died of “the disease of mental illness.” The Mama He’s Crazy singer has been open about her mental health struggles for years.

The Double Jeopardy actress said she was the person who found out about her mother after she committed suicide.

“I have both grief and trauma finding out about her,” the 54-year-old said.

Naomi took her own life just a day before she and her daughter Wynonna, 57, were inducted into the Country Music Hall of Fame as members of music duo The Judds.

“That’s the catastrophe level of what was going on inside her,” Ashley said. “Because the barrier between the esteem they held her in couldn’t penetrate her heart and the lie the disease told her was so convincing.

Despite the tragedy, Ashley and Wynonna still attended the induction and gave a heartfelt speech dedicated to their mother.
