Rosengart added that Jamie “continues to harass and intimidate Britney Spears, among other things, by not cooperating with her discovery … and noticing her daughter’s deposition, even as he hides from answering essential questions about the deposition”.

Although he told the court he was willing to fly to meet Jamie to have him sworn in, Rosengart added in his filing that he would be willing to travel anywhere else in the United States to question Jamie.

In January, Jamie’s attorney, Alex Weingarten, emailed Rosengart expressing his intention to file Britney, according to TMZ.
